Ignores maintenance requests after many attempts. Horror stories. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM, I wish I stayed on campus.
Edit: the property manager threatened legal action if names were not removed DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT RENT FROM MAIN STREET REALTY!!!! I am a resident of Saint Paul Street apartments. This apartment is wildly overpriced for what you receive. It was dirty at move-in, and management has been non-responsive. It is cockroach and rat-infested. Incredibly rude & unprofessional management. It's completely unsurprising that all the other reviews say this same thing. Management seems to have little to no respect for their tenants and their safety. We had to make multiple phone calls to management because there was a door with no lock or door knob allowing anyone access to the building's main stairwell through that door. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. In my stay part of the building collapsed (massive pieces of concrete fell on the sidewalk and could easily have hurt someone, see photo) which illustrates a pattern of disregard for tenants' safety-only spending money on upkeep when forced to. The laundry system is ridiculously expensive (you have to buy a laundry card on which you load money in increments of $10. Takes advantage of college students. Did not inform us of apartment statement form and unjustly took off money from security deposit. Beware. Does not maintain apartments, they are nasty.
