Got a frustrating experience with one of their brokers who out of nowhere added us additional fees (500usd "administrative fees" on top of existing 500usd). And we got the news after having payed 180usd of background review. I would recommend to deeply check which broker is attending you so you don't get bad surprises. I don't think the company itself does like this broker but you guys should better check who you work with.

Do not trust this company. One of their agents, Jason Marsing showed me a unit and told me to go ahead and apply. I applied and he has ghosted me. I’ve called, texted, and emailed. He is also still showing the unit and acting as if no one has applied. When I called the main office receptionist, she acted like my situation wasn’t important. I see this is how they are getting their money. Crooks ! Took my $80 and information.
