LAZY. Will not provide the bylaws to a perspective buyer. Heidi from MSPM stated the buyer must pay $200+ to be able to review. A simple email with the bylaws or have them posted on the website would be helpful. HOA's beware. They will charge the buyer and the current homeowner. Update: Management knows I represent the seller, not the buyer.
What can i say, Heidi from Main Street PMC has started two weeks ago to manage our property at Summit Condos. She started working 1 month before actually being paid. MS PMC has done more for our community in this time then the previuos property management company did in 9 months. Heidi, and Charles are efficient and accurate.
