I’ve been in a smaller building owned by MSP for two going on three years and have been so pleased with them. Similar to another reviewer, I did a lease takeover, which meant accepting the apartment as is once the tenant leaves. Rented my first apartment with my partner with them, they were very great and accommodating!
Rented a great apartment from this company and throughout my entire stay they were on top of every need that came up! Although they are family run and have unconventional working hours, they were always very quick to respond to emails at all times. Went through the process of subleasing with my roommate during my rental and they were consistently following up making sure things were aligning with both mine and my roommates interests in mind. I rented through a property of theirs for almost two years. They were super friendly, prompt with maintenance requests, and were honestly some of the best landlords I've ever had in Richmond. They even reached out to me about my address to send my deposit check back when I thought I'd updated it in the system. Highly recommend.
