In response to Samantha Rodgers. We are sorry she had a negative experience with our company. We explained to her that the Deposit, App Fee and Prorated Rent were non Refundable if she backed out after signing the Lease. I ask her to give us the keys back, she did not. We had to re-key the property and lost two other potential Tenants as a result. She entered into a valid Lease and never returned our keys. We tried to work with her but she was obstinate and belligerent.
I was shown a home it was a mile away from my sons high school so I believed he would be able to stay in the same school home tje realtor assured me yes my kids go there and I live right around the corner so as a family we decided we wanted it so I paid the deposit which was first months rent application fee and rent for the month of September half cause I was going move in Friday today well went to school yesterday to get bus route I was told the home was not zoned for the high school but the office told me it was so I gave... read more
