I've been here 7+ yrs and Ambroselli Properties is by far the worst property managers I've encountered here. Nothing is fixed in a timely manner. After 3+ months and multiple maintenance requests my repair wasn't fixed. So I had to contact the City of Waukesha to get Ambroselli to fix it. Now I have been waiting over a month for them to fix my garbage disposal. My guess is I will have to contact the City of Waukesha again to get Ambroselli Properties to fix it.
Absolutely the best apartment I’ve rented Owners fix what is needed asap Apartments are renovated new fixtures and nice woodwork and flooring Unique building with character and good value for rent and pet rent Underground garage is perfect for Wisconsin weather and you cannot beat the location The riverfront for walking and enjoying Walk to restaurants antique shops and festivals galore Downtown Waukesha is a fabulous place to live !!! Main Street plaza apartments are a gem !!!
I want to say the owner of the property was the best landlord I've dealt with in the last 15 years of renting around the suburbs of Milwaukee. I had no issues during my stay at the Plaza apartments on Main St. Good neighbors and convenient location!
