Dr. Beck is beyond amazing! I would recommend her to all of my family. She takes the time, answers all questions. As a new mom it’s so nice to not feel anxious asking questions that might feel dumb. My daughter has had such tummy troubles day 1. She recommended Neocate as well as 2 other formulas. Thinking maybe it was a milk allergy. I have finally been able to relax and get sleep. Itzel in Coolidge has been amazing in helping me sort out appointments and referrals for my daughter's multiple specialists. She has always called back when she said she would and remembered details each time I called, which showed me she really cares and did not forget who my daughter was. Jennifer in Queen Creek is super helpful, cheerful, and willing to help. I had to call with many questions about some paperwork, and she did not hesitate to assist me. I appreciate you both very much!
I started taking my 2 older kids here about 1 year ago and we have had a good experience. Today on the other hand was awful and dreadful for my son and I…i bought my 13 year old son in for his well check. The medical assistant took us to the room after she did my son weight and height. Once me and my son got to the room the medical assistant did my son eye test and hearing test and blood pressure check. After that was completed, the medical assistant said the doctor will be in after she gets done with the patient ahead of us... read more
