I started taking my 2 older kids here about 1 year ago and we have had a good experience. Today on the other hand was awful and dreadful for my son and I…i bought my 13 year old son in for his well check. The medical assistant took us to the room after she did my son weight and height. Once me and my son got to the room the medical assistant did my son eye test and hearing test and blood pressure check. Had a wonderful experience! Staff and nurse practitioner were amazing! Highly recommend!
I am very disappointed with how their after hours messages are handled. I called sunday afternoon and by Monday at 10am, I’m calling again to see if I should expect a call back. They take a message (which can’t begin to tell the full story) then you are doing a game of telephone with them relaying their interpretation of your message to get the providers response. It’s a waste of everyone’s time to continue the back and forth this way especially when you are trying to verifying dosing of medication for a sick infant. When I ... read more
Had my newborn's appointment here, today. All of the staff was super friendly. Additionally, I love the smaller office. The atmosphere isn't overwhelming and the nurse practitioner allowed me to nurse my daughter in the exam room even after our appointment was finished. I look forward to transferring my other two daughters here!
