Great clinic! The transition from our prior provider was seamless. We were with our old provider for 10 years. While we will miss them, we are happy that we found the same kindness and quality healthcare with Mainstreet Pediatrics.
Mental health side is pathetic. They'd rather you go somewhere else for treatment than fix their mistakes
Took my son in for a behavioral and ADHD evaluation. Dr Rahim constantly spoke over me, wouldnt take my word on my son's behavior and actions and told me he needed another persons opinion rather than his own mother's. Wouldn't listen when all the advice he gave on how to approach his behavior, that we do the things he said and they do not work. Completely disregarded his aunt that watches him every day when she tried to speak on his behavior. Told me because he was sitting quietly that it was unlikely he has ADHD.
My child received care from Dr.Rahim when it was once called Pell City Pediatrics from about 4 months old until she was around 7 years old. In early infancy I noticed she was delayed in language and motor skills. At first her doctor brushed it under the rug and assumed she would catch up. my daughter’s doctor He isn’t very friendly and often makes backhanded comments, but I stayed with the practice because it’s close to home and my daughter has had frequent visits due to ear infections and getting tubes. After today, I’ll be switching her to Springville Pediatrics. I called the office because my husband had taken my daughter to the appointment (I’m 7 months pregnant and currently have the flu), and he didn’t have all the information.
