I was told my daughter had a viral infection after taking her two times in one week , they don’t want to test for anything. I had to go somewhere else to get her tested for rsv and it was positive.
It is after 1 and they still don't answer the phone trying to get FMLA and I have to get them to FAX IT FOR THE 3RD TIME BECAUSE THEY LEFT HIS DIAGNOSIS OFF GO TO LUNCH FROM 12-1 AND IT IS AFTER 1 AND NO ANSWER
I wouldn’t have given any less then 5 stars until they merged with pell city pediatrics. I wish this wouldn’t have ever happened. They are always so friendly. The sweet girls who check ur weight, give shots, etc. are always so gentle and patient with my 2 YO. I’m thankful for every one of the staff.
