I will only come here for glasses. I've never been able to see out glasses I purchased anywhere else, no matter how much I spent. There's no comparison. They are the best at what they do. They are worth traveling cross country to purchase my eye wear which is what I do. They fedex my glasses to me and I've never even needed an adjustment, they are always perfect.
The epitome of customer care and service along with an excellent, upscale selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses etc. Jesse Diaz, Optician Apprentice/Stylist is one of the most endearing, extraordinary, customer service employees I have ever met. He welcomed repairing my designer/vintage sunglasses and would not accept any $ although I begged him to as a thank you. It feels like home when you walk through the door! I am not sure I have ever experienced the level of customer service and knowledge as Main Street Optics. Jesse is professional , detail oriented, smart and a GEM of a human being.
Great place , they take care of all our families optical needs. Dr Bob recognized a severe condition in my sons eye and he made sure he got the right treatment through a specialist and he really went above and beyond to get it done. Jesse is very knowledgeable in the products they carry and helping with adjustments and has an unbelievable knack in helping us pick out frames that fit great and also look good. Great local business to support....
While the owner, Dr. Bob is very nice and helpful, I found the rest of the staff to be rude, impatient, short tempered and nasty.
