Never have I experienced such disgraceful customer service until yesterday. I have been a customer since i was 12, so roughly 15 years, back when they were across the street. The doctor helped me put in my first pair of contacts. So a while ago I had an eye exam and the doctor said I now had slight astigmatism so he gave me 2 different trial contacts.
