I recently had a very positive experience at Dr. Doctor yaser office,( main street optical paterson) the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable . Dr. Yaser was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns . The entire staff was professional and efficient, and I felt like I was truly valued as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr.yaser and his team to everyone .
I’ve been coming here for years staff and doctor are always very nice. I wear both contacts and glasses both prescribed by the office and I honestly love it would recommend them.
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I asked them to open up my temples more, but they ended up melting my expensive, high-quality lenses, which I had bought from abroad. Instead of taking responsibility, they first tried to replace them with a cheap version and inferior ones that still weren’t the same quality.
