RecommendedI just moved in from the Westside of Indy and I can already tell this is going to be much different. The staff has been nothing but welcoming and nice to me, and the maintenance team has been awesome as my unit adjusts to having someone living here again. It’s very quiet and everyone I’ve met has been so pleasant. I think I’m going to like it here!
RecommendedClean and affordable, right off the Monon Trail. If not for places like this then "regular middle-class people" could not afford to live in this area anyone leaving poor reviews needs to re-evaluate their expectations and reconsider the current market for this area this is about as nice and affordable as we are going to get, it's all about location if you aren't using the Monon trail, or visiting the Arts District then you should probably look elsewhere.

We moved to Carmel, Indiana from out of state without being able to visit first and had to rely on the website and phone calls with the office to rent an apt and the entire experience was easy, great and much appreciated! Everyone was extra helpful and we LOVED how close we were to so many fun things. Everything was well maintained and we enjoyed the amenities that were available. We unfortunately had to end our lease early for another move out of state but I would recommend this place to anyone.
