I went in and ordered a new cable for my lawn mower. This was a Tuesday. They said it would be in by Friday. The following week, I called on Wednesday. I was immediately put on hold. After 20 minutes, I hung up. Called a few hours later. Was told that they must have lost it in shipping. They'd order me a new one. It would be in by the next week. That was a month ago. No word. I'd save yourself some hassle and go elsewhere.
