Purchased a Durango on 12/08/2020. Was pulled over later that evening for non-operational tail-lights. Called Mike, no help...Despite the fact that tail lights should have been in tact before I could even test drive the vehicle. $265.00 later, out of pocket. Don't recommend.

Customer test drove the vehicle with everything in working order. Before the purchase was made Mr. ********* insisted on additional $600.00 off of the vehicle which was agreed to with a notation several times in the contract that the vehicle would be sold as is. Customer signed the as is contract in 3 places and the sale was completed. Bottom line, had the customer contacted the dealership for a tail light out it would have been a simple $2.00 fix. Instead he took the car someplace else and got a ridiculous bill and demanded... read more
