You know, their rates are fair, and they performed efficient services. I have a feeling their our mini shop go to. They gave honest diagnosis fair estimates and weren't out to gouge our checkbook. They even threw in a few extra bolts. I look forward to going back to them for future repairs when needed. I wish they would offer loyal customer and or AAA discounts.
They changed my cabin/engine filters for free today because I was caught in the Palisades fire on Tuesday when it broke out. After going through something like that, and having them be so compassionate and generous, it really means the world to me. I almost started crying. So thank you MSM, small actions make big differences and I’ll never forget it.

Ever since I bought my car I’ve been bringing my it here for any issues that it may have! Great customer service! They’re super understanding and get the job done quickly. They also have a service where you can text them which I loveee. They’re super friendly and respectful. It may be pricey sometimes but they have guarantee on their work which is great and they truly do fix the problem. Any mini owner that needs work done bring your vehicle here! You won’t be disappointed.
Chuck at Main Street Minis has always taken very good care of our Mini Cooper S Hardtop Believe me, they know what they're doing as mini coopers or all that they work on.
