Dr. Jafri is good, staff is friendly & there's a limited wait time. I took off 1 star because it's so difficult to get refills sent to my pharmacy since Kenya left years ago. She answered on the 1st call & sent Rx to my pharmacy while on the phone with me. Now I have to call several times, leave messages & talk to different people to get it done. It's an ALL DAY LONG waiting game.
I went in to see Abass Jafri for a initial exam and it was useless. He comes into the office to do an "Exam", which was essentially him taking one minute to rush through 2 questions, then proceeded to send me off to get blood work. After bloodwork, that was it. They told me I was done and they will contact me with results. Low and behold 1 week later, I have to go online to view my results. NOONE called me to discuss it. Staff has been friendly on the phone and in person. I called another time for a service they didn't end up offering. They still followed up a day or two later to see if I was able to find a solution.

This office/dr over charges. I took my child in to be tested for streptococcus; they wanted to do a complete physical and extensive lab work. I declined. They also encourage reviews, hence the five stars. I received a bill from this over nrcause they overcharged my insurance. I will not return.
