I am concerned about my partner’s experience with Dr. Todd Young. After receiving payment through public and private insurance, the appointment was extremely brief and patient was assured that medical documentation would be provided afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups over email and phone calls, and nearly 4 months, we have not received the promised report or any further communication. This is unethical and unprofessional. All understandable and great staff.
Was sick dying in the hospital when my last appointment happened. But because I didn’t make it I got taken off my methadone and no conversation was had about it. I have all my meds taken away and also being forced to go down 5mg weekly on top of not having access to the weekend drinks. Mal practice. The worst doctor I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. If you get this guy through medicuro do yourself a favor and request another. I had to chase after him multiple times without ever getting an answer. Went months waiting for a reply. Most of the time you have to contact medicuro repeatedly because he doesn't even call you when he is scheduled to call and that's if he even calls you back at all. With the state of Healthcare in this province this guy is an embarrassing representative.
