The best and most respectful receptionists and doctors
Very rude customer service. No one is care for patients. No any manners to talk with customer. Dr shah please look after and advise to your staff
I don't understand how these receptionists get hired if they do not know how to use the phone. They ask you to hold and then hang up the call. And why are they refusing to book an appointment with my family doctor? They told me to go to a walk in. Why do I have to argue and disclose why it is important for me to see my doctor. Your only job is to answer the phone and book the appointment. -10000 stars. Hire better receptionists.
Worst place ,even if you have your family doctor with them. I had an appointment with them for my vaccine and they made me wait for 1 hour after my appointment time . On top of it the nurse wasn’t allowed to give me the vaccine as the doctor hasnt seen me for a while . COME ON…. Why would you ask me to have an appointment booked with the Nurse at the first place . You guys Seriously need training
Guys, You have to do a better job answering the phone. Every time I call I'm put on hold for 15 min or more before I hang up. It's not just once in a while it's EVERY TIME!!! My time is important too!
