Very poor service. Even they can't see ppl r waiting for their medicine & ignoring as they r busy in system .you have to wait 20/25 minutes then asked a multiple times . Never ever come here
Went there with very low blood sugar. Told them I'm diabetic and felt like I was going to pass out. None of the staff, including the walk in Doctor, checked my blood sugar or even offered to call a family member or even an ambulance for God's sake. Had me wait for almost 2 hours to see a doctor. Horrible experience
Few years back I was looking for a female doctor who was compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable whom I could have as my family doctor. I was seen by Dr. Karthy Satkunananthan as a walk in patient and was so impressed by her knowledge and mannerisms that I made her my family doctor. Dr Karthy is an excellent doctor. She has always been professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable during every visit. We truly appreciate the exceptional care she provides and feel fortunate to have her as our family doctor.
