Incredibly rude on the phone and I did not understand why. I have always been polite and courteous to the doctors and staff there. The receptionist mentioned that the message the doctor sent was not viewed or acknowledged on medeo. I explained I never received a message, but she insisted I did and sounded angry that I didn't acknowledge it. So once I logged in there was no message.... No apology, no sense of empathy and unnecessary rage on the phone.
Very poor service. Even they can't see ppl r waiting for their medicine & ignoring as they r busy in system .you have to wait 20/25 minutes then asked a multiple times . Never ever come here
