Was on hold 40 minutes just to confirm an appointment.
Since they have moved office I have had a really great experience! I have always loved Dr. Satkunanthan but in the past appointment times were never upheld. Even calling to get appointments used to be at least 30 minutes and the receptionists would always be rude. Lately it has been the complete opposite, I feel like my time is valuable to them. The receptionists are nice and I can actually get a hold of the office when I call.
