I have been going to this clinic for a while, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The reception staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They take a long time to answer calls, often put you on hold for too long, and sometimes even disconnect after picking up. It feels like they don’t care about assisting patients at all. I had an appointment and they made me wait for 1 hour , don’t understand the point of having an appointment when you still waiting like in walk in clinic.
