I fix my own cars but didn't have time to get to it and AAA recommended me going here. After 1 full work day of "testing" they told me it wasn't the starter (which I had suspected), and asked to keep it over the weekend. Great Service! I always feel confident about taking my car into these guys and know that I'm getting a fair deal. They always tell me what I NEED to get done now and offer good suggestions to keep my car running nice ongoing. I've never had to question the quality of their work and perhaps the best thing about taking my car there is they somehow always remember my name and thank me for coming in.
dishonest and expensive!! Last month I had to go to one of your NAPA Dealers to get my vehicle fixed for braking to lug nuts on a tire. They charged me $255. They (the owner Rod) have failed to explain how much it cost in labor and in parts. I have the same situation now, but brake plus will only charge no more than $90 for either 1 or 5 broken lug nuts on a wheel. Definately World Class We took our car there to get an estimate. We needed and new clutch. When we took it to finally get fixed, he found some other things with the clutch that needed fixed. In the end, they took over $100 of the bill just to keep with the estimate he gave us. We will use them again and again! PROS: Honest business CONS:
Excellent Honest Service - Emission Specialists! World Class used to be Called International Auto Repair, but there is a new owner. In my experience, I have had nothing but excellent service there. Not only is the service good, but you know you're getting an honest, competative deal. Also, they have a guy there that can diagnose any emission problem you have and fix it! You get what you pay for! These guys worked on my 2004 Saturn Ion that had some brake issues that nobody else could seem to figure out. They also recommended a few other things that I had them take care of. Although they are not the "cheapest" place in town I know that my car is running better and I feel safer knowing that I had experts work on my car! You get what you pay for and I feel like I got more quality than any other shop I've been too. Well worth my money, I'll be back for sure!
Just had my car worked on and it runs like new. They did awesome work at an affordable price. Will be taking my car back if I ever have anymore problems. Great work!
