Im reading ur reviews because I wanna purchase a mattress and when I look for reviews on a place I look all the way through not just weeks and months ago I go past that and I see that everytime someone post a bad review ur customer service or responds back is horrible when indeed its their opinion but to each its own but FYI someone posted they got a mattress from u on fb I shared the post on my page and it says they mattress had bed bugs is thats true or am i not entitle to ask that question
