Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional customer service. Your job is to assist in managing HOAs and properties, not to be combative and unhelpful.
Cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Main Street Management, LLC, their owner, Randy Truitt, and management company representative, William Aelick!! Our HOA neighborhood suffered quite a bit of damage to several homes in our community on Friday, May 16, 2025, when the winds kicked up to about 70 mph. While I assumed that our representative, William, would respond to my emails about such damage on Monday of the following week, he actually contacted me within about five minutes of the first (of many) emails! Main Street Management has been timely in their responses. Provided guidance related to all inquiries. They have maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout.
MSM has been doing the maintenance on our property near Purdue on University Ave. They have been great to work with and recently went above and beyond to repair a failed water pipe behind a concrete block wall. This was noticed by MSM during the recent winter break. If it had not been found and repaired the result would have been disastrous. Great company with a great team.
We have worked with MSM for almost two years and have been thrilled with their work. They are timely, detailed, do great work, and have helped dramatically improve our facility and we look forward to working with them.
