As a homeowner who pays HOA dues, attends board meetings, votes on community matters, and genuinely tries to stay involved in our neighborhood, I expect the management company we pay to at least provide basic communication. It isn’t going well working with them. Repeated issues not responded to
We had an issue with some trees that needed to be trimmed. We placed a simple email to Sarah and within 48 hours we had tree trimmers in our yard. I just wanted to thank her for everything she does for our HOA… She is a pleasure to have and any issues that we have had in the past, she has resolved quickly and professionally… Thank you so very much and proud to be a member of her HOA.
We had a residential property mgr oversee our new Indianapolis metro subdivision for five years. The first five years are the easiest and once problems starterd occurring they showed how incompetent they were at handling anything remotely complicated. This is a primarily a commercial property mgmt company and you shouldn’t consider hiring them for residential. At the point we didn’t renew our contract with main st mgmt nobody followed up to ask why. The reviews don’t lie and they should be avoided.
We tried to pay the bill the didnt take it, like really how this company still allowed to run ?
