The staff is very supporter they always keep they word the call back with a quick response.5 star Main Street Management keep up the good work.
Haven’t had hot water for a week, call emergency maintenance only to get hung up on by some India call center lady. Worst communication for any rental company I’ve ever had to deal with. You can’t get a hold of anyone within the office in a reasonable time frame. Worst rental company ever. After this flood I haven’t been able to, despite my requests, been able to get hold of anyone from the rental company.
Poor property maintenance and general lack of communication.
Very bad service. Alot of illegal activity on handling properties. Self help evictions, refusal to honor maintenance requests. I tried to come up with a fair rental agreement when they took over the property that we were already renting, and they strung me along for so long and then still took me to eviction court. When we got there, we came to an agreement through Mediation yet, they are still doing whatever they can to force us out. I am trying to move my business and 6 apartments asap. Don’t do it my wife is right. The didn’t expect her to know her tenant landlord laws and have treated us unfairly. Please do your research. So many people are saying the same thing about them!!!
