If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Update: It’s only getting worse as the days go by. My glass-top stove has been broken for over a week, and they still won’t even come look at it and cancelled the repair request. If you’re thinking of renting from Lexington Management — this place is WORSE. This is a garbage apartment run by garbage management. The unit was not reconditioned before move-in. Jed if i could give you negative stars I would. Update: its been getting worse with every passing day. My glass top stove is broken, has been since week one. They wont even come to look at it. If your running from Lexington Management, this is way worse. Garbage apartment run by GARBAGE PEOPLE Moved in a week ago and im not impressed. I’ve been renting from them now going on 2 years and it’s been a pleasure. Every time I have an issue with my apartment they always have some one out to assist in whatever’s needs attention and gets it done. It’s been a pleasure.
I cannot say enough great things about Main Street Management! From day one, they’ve been nothing short of amazing to work with. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both property owners and tenants. Editing to add: they bought a lot of bluefrog properties, and are charging tenants that lived in them for the damages or shotty craftsmanship that came with the property when you moved in. Doesn’t matter how clear you were with them. They are a property management company and care more about their profit than they do about their tenants.
