Lived in the apts. For 9 1/2 years. Went through 3 management companies. Main Street being the worst. The apartments are cute, however everything is patched for as cheap as possible. Parking issues, management that discusses tenants with other tenants. Would stay away from this management comoany
This company manages apartments in a double duplex next to me. They neglected to tell the tenants that the lawn maintenance company quit. Months went by without the yard being tended to. Problem here? They were charging the tenants for this service. They are now relying on the tenants to cut the grass. I can not say enough about Mainstreet Management. I love my apartment and the community here. They are always attentive and compassionate and have truly made my rental experience great! Jed is outstanding. He goes above and beyond for me and Jackie is always so kind and helpful. I would recommend Mainstreet Management to anyone looking to rent. Everything was fine until winter hit, the home we were renting was not insulated properly in the crawl space and it resulted in us having to go onto a budget plan with WPS, at the end of the lease when it was all said and done we now owe $2373 to WPS. With no help from Mainstreet or ownership from the property renting we had no choice but to move once the lease ended, it’s horrifying that they are making this debt our problem. Extremely unprofessional. Do not rent with them if you have the option.
