Everything was fine until winter hit, the home we were renting was not insulated properly in the crawl space and it resulted in us having to go onto a budget plan with WPS, at the end of the lease when it was all said and done we now owe $2373 to WPS. With no help from Mainstreet or ownership from the property renting we had no choice but to move once the lease ended, it’s horrifying that they are making this debt our problem. Extremely unprofessional. Do not rent with them if you have the option.
Left without the ability to do laundry for over a month. Other tenants have been without heat in the dead of winter for over a month. This company cares about money, not people. Be very careful!

Haven’t had hot water for a week, call emergency maintenance only to get hung up on by some India call center lady. Worst communication for any rental company I’ve ever had to deal with. You can’t get a hold of anyone within the office in a reasonable time frame. Worst rental company ever. After this flood I haven’t been able to, despite my requests, been able to get hold of anyone from the rental company.
