I cannot say enough great things about Main Street Management! From day one, they’ve been nothing short of amazing to work with. Editing to add: they bought a lot of bluefrog properties, and are charging tenants that lived in them for the damages or shotty craftsmanship that came with the property when you moved in. Doesn’t matter how clear you were with them. They are a property management company and care more about their profit than they do about their tenants. Moved in a week ago and im not impressed. They did not recondition the apartment before having us move in. Smells like dog piss down the carpet stairs . When I voiced my concerns moments after walking in the first time I was told nothing can be done unless i prove it. After hours of back and forth I ended up hiring my own cleaning crew to come do the job. A couple of the appliance are broken in someway, the microwave handle came off the first time we used it
Jacklyn was so rude and demeaning. We are struggling and I was just looking for options. She spoke very matter of factly and not humanly at all. I think she needs some sort of communication and sensitivity training. I will be reporting to upper management if possible too. I think people in her position should not treat people the way she treated me today on the phone. Would give 0 stars for that interaction alone, but will change my review if I hear from management about this situation
