These apartments sucks. Maintenance is horrible! They have 1 guy who is rude and unfriendly! They have to hire extra help which doesn’t do a good job! There are cracks in the tile in the bathrooms. Ants raided my apartment and destroyed a lot of my food. There were lots of bugs and insects inside the bathtub drain. When I turned the water on, dead bugs floated out the drain. The staff lie. My son was looking for an apt at Mansfield in October 2022 end, and Main Street Lofts was one option. We were living in Missouri. When we talked to Amber at the Main St Loft reception over the phone, she "adviced" my son to pay $ 60 as application and $ 150 to book a flat. She said that $ 150 would be returned if we cancelled the booking and we must book at once as only the " last flat" was available. We got a better deal somewhere else and cancelled the booking on the 4th day. But Ms. Amber refused to reimbu... read more
