I bought a $1,200 rope chain it’s fake. The owner is responding saying never but never respond to me directly when I reached out requesting refund. Out of all my jewelry that was appraised during the appraisal process that chain was the only one deemed fake. I have pieces that cost more than What I’ve purchased here. I have no reason to lie I have proof. Please just be a honest business owner & make things right. I would appreciate it.
