I stopped in to get a battery for a watch on my lunch break expecting to come back in the next day or two, and the jeweler was so friendly and quick! I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with a new battery! Fantastic customer service!!
Shop local with Mainstreet Jewelers! I was initially going to do business with a larger store, but after checking here, MSJ quickly had my loyalty. Russ and Dianne made me aware of every detail involved, demonstrated confident knowledge in their craft, and were able to give me an estimate on the first day I came in (something the bigger store was going to take a week to do). Staff were so helpful, I will be returning again. Thank you so much for the help, I told them my budget and they helped me find the perfect earrings for a birthday gift. I also, not knowing much about jewelry was able to be pointed in the right direction. Awesome local business!
What a great place! So many fun things inside and wonderful customer service! The jewelers taylor everything to make their pieces unique for you and they work very hard!
My fiancé and I worked with the team at MSJ to create my engagement ring and they knocked it out of the park! They took all my disconnected ideas and created something unique and so beautiful. I can't stop looking at it honestly. We had looked at quite a few custom jewelers in Omaha and instantly felt at ease with MSJ on our first visit so I would highly recommend to anyone!
