Horrible! Do not waste your money on this run down place . Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. Employees can’t reach their “ managers” . Stay far far away
The room itself was fine and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the stay was completely overshadowed by repeated intrusions from housekeeping. Sunday, May 31 at approximately 7:00 AM, a housekeeper attempted to enter my room without even knocking. Had the security latch not been engaged, they would have walked straight in while I was sleeping. Before I start I will say that the location is absolute perfection and the staff is very kind. Other than that, there were some problems. Our key cards kept on not working. We had to go to the front desk probably three times. The room was a tad bit dirty. We had a pull out couch and there was a bug and a little bit of crumbs on the couch.
