I only write reviews when a place is really good or really bad. This place was horrible. The room was so damp that the carpeting was wet. Shameful that they charge people to stay there.
Close to everything which was convenient. Parking available on site which was also convenient. But everything was pretty loud also. We had an end suite that was closest to Main Street and you can hear everything. Loud traffic, music and people late at night walking on the street. Nicely decorated hotel, very friendly staff. Cute little bowl of candy out for guests (which my little one loved). The king mattress we had was very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The Main Street Inn’s location can’t be beat. Very convenient to everything you would want to do in Blacksburg. We had an issue with our room and the manager was responsive and helped us.
