I was in Fayetteville on business. Main Street Grill looked like the perfect spot for breakfast. My peer and I drove into downtown and parked! We walked in and were immediately seated! I must say the portions were phenomenal for the value. The staff clearly put heart into the food they prepare and serve! I had eggs, with bacon hashbrowns (they are like a twice fried potato hash) and a biscuit. The biscuit is certainly homemade and just crumbled it was so fluffy! It was absolutely delicious! Food was great and so was the service. This would be a 5 star little diner whwre all the locals go kinda place if they would clean it up. Upon entering you could smell a musty kind of old mop water smell and when walking to the table your feet stick to the floor, the floor was filthy. Hot soapy water and a degreaser would easily do the trick. The table was sticky and had to be wiped and there was syrup on my seat. Other than that the breakfast was great and hot and priced right. April was our server and she was awesome.

We had breakfast for lunch. The mini classic was really good. Hubby had the meat lovers omelet and really liked it. We will go back.
