With so many gym options in the Petaluma area, I am so thankful to have discovered Main Street Fitness and their super slow / high intensity training method! As someone who recently turned 40, and super busy with two jobs, I could tell that my strength and overall fitness was declining. I started super slow exercise at Main Street about two years ago. I have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. When the doctor compared my tests from last month to two years ago, he said that he wouldn't be able to detect the congestive heart failure with the current normal testing. "Your change in life style by adding your exercises have lengthened your life. Keep it up!" Thank you Main Street, (Jim & Cindy Tuck) for giving me more time with my family and grandkids!
