Been visiting this office since joining Tufts Medicare Preferred plan 18 months ago. I think they are excellent, efficient and extremely fast with their responses to my concerns when I leave a message using the MyTuftsMed portal. My PCP is Kelly Carignan who actually listens to me and does not rush me out the door.
