I don't like the fact that you have to make an appointment if your child is sick and have to wait over 2 weeks. Also, I don't like the fact that your child has to be sick, not well, to make an appointment for a simple check-up. What can I say for a small town doctors office. The city of Lytle needs a walk in clinic for children.

Their staff is usually pretty good but they have an issue knowing how to verify insurance. They kicked my mom out of her room after they called her back bc they were unable to verify insurance. Then I called the insurance on speaker verified it and then they said they couldn’t see her bc it was too late. Not friendly when I advocated for her bc I knew I was right.

I'll change my review if they can answer the phone. Is this place even open anymore? My husband needed an appointment and they said his doctor wasn't available for 2 weeks. My mother in law decided to stop by in person on another occasion since no one was answering. There was a sign on the door saying closed. I keep trying to call as well and no one answers the phone.
