Came through the wash today and spoke with the attendant Andrew who seemed very kind and professional who asked me to write a review on Google. Of course! I am very pleased with the vacuums, rags, and the free wipes and air scents! Amazing carwash and they always have some sort of discount deals going on. I spoke with Andrew today who I have seen periodically recently and he actually cared when I came around and showed him that the back of my truck didn't wash. He then explained exactly why which then made sense : the brushes need to be retracted on the back when you have a hitch to avoid ripping the brush and possibly damaging anything else. I wish the crew kept up on towels. In the last 6 months or more I have had to search for towels. The trays are always empty. The cart is usually somewhere to be found but I should not have to go hunt for them. I always do. Other than that the crew is usually friendly.
