The staff was professional and friendly. Their space appears high end.
I was highly anxious over the mere thoughts of my pending dental procedure. It was all for naught! I was warmly welcomed upon office entry. I was greeted almost immediately by my care team, all aspects of the process were explained carefully and patiently. I was continually supported as to my comfort pre-, during, and post-procedure. At one point, I started dozing off! I would STRONGLY recommend and encourage anyone undergoing endodontic procedures to settle in for a wonderful experience with this medical team!
The office was bright and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Dr Ivy and her assistant was very professional and explained everything as I went through the root canal procedure. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure I was comfortable at all times. Answered all of my questions too.The billing department was kind and wonderful too. I would definitely recommend Dr Ivy’s office for any root canals. She made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!
