Had the pleasure of visiting this office yesterday. I had cracked a premolar that morning and was in serious pain. Rather than call different offices, I decided to drive into Littleton as I knew there were a few Dentists there. I did stop by one office that said they were just too busy to help me. I then stopped at Main Street Dental of Littleton. The staff there was very friendly, and although they were busy, they saw I was in serious pain and took me in immediately. Great staff, excellent care.
I waited a year, to be a new patient here. Got scheduled mixed up my time for my appointment. When I went to reschedule I was completely denied. The person at the front desk answered in a snarky tone stating she called to confirm my appointment. Hinting at it’s not her fault so I don’t care. I work at night it’s hard for me to even be up during the day. I admit it’s my fault for missing my appointment but to be completely rejected.
