I’m really disappointed to leave this review. I called in June 2025 and asked if they accepted my Delta Dental insurance as not many places do. I live over 2 hours away and could not find any dentist with openings in the next 18 months. I had been a previous patient there so I called. They informed me in June that they would take my Delta Dental insurance because I was a previous patient. My appointment was made for 9/29/25. I received xrays and a cleaning. Took me in on a moment's notice. I am very happy with how my teeth look.
This is the most friendly, informative dental visit I have ever had! Dr. Johndreau was not only personable, but explained the findings with my X-rays as a visual aid. The dental assistant was gentle and put me at ease with her friendliness. The staff at the front desk introduced themselves and made me very comfortable. If you have any unease about going to the dentist, Main Street dental is definitely the place to go for quality, compassionate care.
New dentist at Main Street dental only care about the rich and well insured. First time I saw him first thing he asked was what insurance you have. I said Concordia. He said oh that should help some. My teeth are bed and been sick from abcess and I had an appointment for tomorrow but my insurance was canceled. I called let them know and I’m also low income. Asked for help of some kind , and they won’t help me. Not asking for free work , just payments over time No help. These dentists were Navy. Won’t even help in anyway.
