Dr. Choice is an excellent dentist. She clearly explained my dental health, both good and bad, until I was comfortable with the information. She's also very considerate of patients with smaller mouths, minimizing any discomfort during procedures like X-rays.
I've always had dental anxiety, but Dr. Choi is the best dentist I have ever had and this is the first dentist office I have ever felt relaxed in. This team is so professional and skilled, I could not recommend them more!
I got a lot of dental work done at this office to tune of $8000 dollars and never missed an appointment. So I was disappointed when I missed an appointment due to losing track of time while helping someone out and then being told I would have to pay $50 for the missed appointment. My cousin lost thier home due to the forest fire in Los Angeles and it really shook me up and so maybe that was affecting me this week. Maybe have some leeway when a customer misses one appointment.
