This review is purely on customer service, based on my most recent experience. I recently won one of their Valentine's Day contests. I completely forgot to ask if the cupcakes I won contained peanuts (for my 4 yo's allergy). When my in-laws picked up the order on Valentine's Day, they did ask. The sales people were unsure about the chocolate chips on my order. I called Hudson at the last minute with hopes of having cupcakes delivered to Macedonia and I was so happy that they were able to fulfill my request! I am out of town so I didn't get to taste the cupcakes but I heard that all the flavors I chose were delicious. I didn't get the name of who I spoke with but she was so kind and patient, considering I was a bit frantic! Thank you!
