Knowing the owner, Shane, I sent a laptop to him to have it repaired. He sent it to HP and I had to pay over $300 for a new hard drive to HP. When he sent it back to me, the computer was damaged and he received the money from the UPS claim and never gave me my money. He kept giving me false information stating he never received the money from the claim but I called UPS and they said a check was issued to him. I am out over $700 and he will no longer communicate with me regarding the matter.
