DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE, MY KIDS MISSED SCHOOL ALL FOR THEM TO TELL ME "OH SORRY WE DON'T TAKE YOUR INSURANCE". THERE'S SOMETHING CALLED A PHONE! CALL AND APOLOGIZE INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR US TO GET THERE AND TELL US NO!
