Horrible dentist, no sympathy for my minor child, who recently had a surgery , a tooth had to be taken from her mouth which was recommended from Ana G., which was very traumatic for my daughter. Her follow up appointment we did not even get a chance to see the dentist due to the fact that she had us waiting for over an hour and did not come in to tell us about the delay. We had a horrible experience from the start with this dental office. When the old owner was in charge it was horrible. The new current office setup is just as bad. No response to calls. Always sending to hold. Alex the manager is never available. We paid our kids ortho in full but we had to move away from Florida and they will not respond or take actions to give us a refund of the money they have not used for the kids treatment. They have taken advantage of the Covid-19 excuse. I’ve been postponing my three kids dental appointment for a year now. Today my daughter had an appointment which they had the “decency” (because now we have to be grateful that they permit a parent with a minor into their facility to get services) and they told me I had to leave both my boys outside without any supervision! We absolutely love the Dr Gallego, Dr Vargas, and the staff Main Street. They're caring, professional, and always clearly answer questions one may have. The dentists' attention to detail and patient-care is exceptional. We've been going there for about 7 years and have recommended many families who feel exactly the same.
Brought my daughter for the first time and definitely satisfied. She had a molar extracted and said the process was completely pain free, the staff explained in detail every step of it and had her feeling safe. Thank you so much! Switched over to this dentist and regret not doing so sooner.
