My daughter has been wearing braces much longer than her proposed treatment plan and there is zero communication between the parents and the staff. Then to top it off we go to our appointment today and we are told the office is permanently closing...as of today. No notice, no communication...nothing. Horribly ran office. The staff is less than pleasant, however the dentist was nice. After my first visit, I get a bill in the mail. I called their office and they explained that they’re having issues with their computer and I should not have received a bill. Nearly two years later, I’m still receiving this bill and call them to get more information. Every time they inform me someone will call me back and I NEVER receive a call back. They have charged me for a office visit that did not happen.. I keep calling and their office manager will not return my calls!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!
RecommendedCompassionate pediatric dental office and the best I’ve ever experienced. The hygienist, Jania, was sweet and walked my daughter through every step of the process. She made her laugh, and feel comfortable. Dr. Rivera was equally pleasant and compassionate. So happy her entire visit was easy-going and not traumatic.
