RecommendedI had a womful experience. Everyone was extremely compassionate to my daughter. The dentist let me hold her hand and keep her calm and they literally just worked around me. I was beyond impressed with everyone I interacted with. Couldn’t recommend them more
they are efficient and love children.
My 4 and 2 yr. old grandsons just came from there. The staff Janice was very rude to them and to parents when they asked questions. I have worked in the Medical Field for yrs. and I feel there is a need to know about this. These are children who are scared in the first place. The last time he went was a really bad experience for one of them. So please if you are having a bad day take it to GOD in prayer.
This office was my favorite for years but service has steadily declined. Most recently, my daughter got braces and we can never get an appointment to get them tightened! At this rate, instead of 2 years, shes going to have them for 3 😡. They tell us “come back in 6 weeks”, but when I try to make an appointment, they have nothing until 8 weeks or so. My son has been a ortho patient for almost one year. In the course of this year, we have had problem after problem, which results in return trips. What’s most frustrating is I chose their practice based on reviews; therefore, I travel half an hour to the appointments. My other option was a practice five minutes from my house.
