I took my teens here a couple of weeks ago. Dr. T is a godsend! She is by far the sweetest dentist that I have ever met. Certain members of her staff, that is a different story. One of the hygienists gave me attitude. She was not even attending to my kids and yet she felt entitled to tell me rudely, that I could not sit by them? Wtf? Be careful with this rude millennial. AWESOME! After two disastrous dentists, we found Main Street Dentistry and drove from Boynton Beach to Jupiter for our four year old daughter. We'd been told that she had at least four cavities by Little Smiles in Boynton and that she had three cavities by another semi pediatric dentist in Boynton. Christine Michaud was amazing! Not only was she kind, gentle and just the perfect dentist for our now nervous daughter, she informed us that there were absolutely NO cavities present. Too stressful! There was an atmosphere of tension throughout this office and you could just feel it. It seemed as if the employees were under too much pressure or did not like their jobs. (I am just guessing, here.) The assistant was snippy about who could come back in the room with my child. One of my children was told that they had dirty teeth. I have been a long term client at this facility and have literally spent thousands of dollars there on orthodontic and routine dental care for my sons. In the past I have booked appointments and when I arrived for them been sent home due to issues/technical difficulties they were experiencing but I was understanding and rescheduled the appointment. If I could give this business less than one star I would. They are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The front desk was rude to me and my daughter; it was a nightmare setting up an appointment and when we got there, there were surprises about billing and how the insurance was filed.
Have been yelled at by 1 dentist stating my child wasn't old enough to be brushing her teeth on her own. I was a first time mother and was never informed of what to be expected. I was also yelled at by one staff member who had the nerve to say "We don't know your daughter" when in fact they have been seeing her since she was 3 years old. Lastly, they insisted she get braces when in fact they should not have been recommended at her age due to lack of taking care of her teeth. There phone is always busy. And they call my child a boy when she has a girls name. This really embarresses my child and myself. Don't like the fact atah all the staff do not speak English. Were in America and English should be the first language spoke. Other languages should NOT be spoke unless the patient does not speak english. It is very rude. Finally!!! A dentist office with not only competent, friendly staff....but a kind and gentle Doctor. I've had some pretty bad experiences with dentists over the past 17 years (oldest child)....but this one is by far, the best. They have earned a lifetime client with my family. The scheduling issues from other reviews....? I've never had a problem at all. Was there yesterday for a procedure for my daughter and was literally in and out in 45 minutes. How's that for exceptional service! :D
