HORRIBLE PLACE, RUN FOR IT!! If I could rate this facility 0 stars. I would!!! Please do not take your love one here unless you want them to be mistreated, neglected and suffer emotional abuse! From Administration down communication is horrible! No wonder the department lack communication because it’s demonstrated from above. Great facility with staff that cares. Very strong therapy team!
I am an ex-employee. They permanently cut activities on the 400 hall dementia unit and when I talked to state, they fired me. If your family member has dementia, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. They’re depriving those residents of activities when they’re the ones that need it the most.
