I called to ask if Main Street Bolton Primary Care was accepting new patients, and although they were booking further out than I needed, the experience was incredibly positive. The person I spoke with was so kind and helpful—even though I’m not a patient. She went out of her way to recommend other nearby primary care offices, and thanks to her, I was able to find a provider that worked for me. Truly one of the most friendly and thoughtful interactions I’ve had with a doctor’s office.
I can't thank Landry enough for her kindness and support during our phone conversation. I was feeling completely overwhelmed—struggling with my own health while trying to figure out the best care for my senior dog. She took the time to really listen, helped me focus on one thing at a time, and even made calls to find care for my dog. I scheduled a new patient appointment in March 2024, with the earliest available date being August 2024—a five-month wait. The day before my appointment, I received a confirmation text, only to be contacted two hours later and informed that the doctor I was scheduled to see was going on medical leave. After a poor experience at a different facility with a PCP who only met with me during the first appointment and never again in the next 8+ years (I was only ever seen by nurse practitioners), I decided to switch to a new PCP.
