He always communicates what he will be doing and is open and honest about pricing. He recently completed a repair in 4 hours that was going to take 3 days at another establishment. Amazing service! Thought I was going to have to buy two new tires. Thankfully they told me what was wrong, fixed it in less than 15 minutes, cost $20.00.
