very unprofessional!!! try’s to rip off customers , then what you realize what they’re doing they stop working on your car , they make unauthorized repairs without running it by you first , then try to make you pay out of pocket for the unauthorized repair , Chet hung up in my face as I was asking him questions about my car & his employees and him are very rude & most certainly don’t know how to talk to people ! I wouldn’t recommend to a DOG
If I could give no stars... I would! My friend bought a used Ford 150 and the car was driven from the lot to the office by mechanic Jerome. My friend did not test drive the vehicle after Jerome took it for gas and believed him when he said everything worked just fine. Sadly, she now knows it was a huge mistake not to test drive it but the fact remains they sold her a vehicle that could only be started with a screwdriver and had NO WORKING BRAKES! Seriously?
