I hired Michael Woodward at Main Street Appraisal Inc. to appraise my horse farm. It probably took him 5 minutes to find his comps that were not even close. He didn't bother to find horse farms and didn't give any value to at least $70,000 worth of extras. His report did not list his values and he refused to answer questions. Seems to be a very arrogant little man who thinks he knows more than all other real estate professionals. I wasted my money.
