I'm in the Air Force and have lived in apartments around the country for the last 15 years. Main Street is the best all around complex I have stayed in. If you have a concern, Julie or Cody will have it taken care of that day or the next. It's also in a safe, quiet area but just close enough to everything that you can find entertainment and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
I rented a one bedroom apartment and found it to be very spacious. The other tenants were very friendly and all the parking spaces were very close to the entrance. I loved the kitchen which had stainless steel appliances. It was a perfect set up for me. The complex is situated downtown in Marlton which is very convenient to rt 70 and rt 73.
Lordy Jesus . Just got off the phone with a TEENAGE leasing agent who could not communicate intelligently about these apartments or anything else for that matter without using the word "so " every other word . What poor marketing .
Julie was very helpful and quick to respond when I was applying for an apartment.
Honestly, the nicest apartments in this area by far! Large rooms, big windows bring in lots of natural light, new appliances. We moved into a 2 bedroom, and it has been a god send while working from home to have an office space. Friendly & quiet neighbors. Pay rent online or from an app. Excellent & responsive property managers.
