I have been calling for 2 weeks straight the front office doesn’t answer. I’m trying to lease an apartment and I have questions. I have also filled out a form online to get information and got no response back. That’s bad for business! I will be calling corporate.
Never answer the phone, NEVER in the office, act like they don’t want to refund the administration fees. Lazy staff in general!!!!!!
Brit’Knie is always so friendly and approachable. Whether it's residents or vendors, she treats everyone with respect and kindness. It makes working with her an easy and enjoyable experience. Maintenance staff also Eric went above and beyond to help our technicians do their job! The community is also very clean and welcoming!
It's beautiful, peaceful, friendly,and there's a beautiful young lady that I like. Good workout gym,and swing pole.
I purposely waited to do this rating. And I’m glad I did because I have awesome things to say.. During my process to do a tour it went very well.. Allyriah showed me around and after that I completed my application and it was easy from there on.. Britknie gave me my keys and that was it from there .. I’ve had little small request I’ve put in and they come and handle them immediately . So again my stay here has been pretty good.. wouldn’t mind renewing my lease !
