Huge thank you to the maintenance man Mr. Eric for fixing my unit
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to take a moment to recognize Mr. Eric Perry, the maintenance man at our apartment complex, for the excellent job he does. He always moves with a sense of urgency and is extremely hardworking, dedicated, and committed to helping the residents in our community. I see Mr. Perry around the neighborhood all the time, going from unit to unit and working hard every day to make sure residents’ needs are taken care of. His work ethic and dedication truly do not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mr. Perry, for everything... read more
Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with Mainstreet at Conyers. The community is nice, quiet, and well kept, and the location is super convenient for getting around Conyers. Great apartment complex! The renovated units are beautiful and comfortable, service requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. The fitness center is also a great amenity. Overall, a wonderful place to live!
I had a clogged garbage disposal, I put in the request Saturday 7-25-26, Mr. Eric Perry was out Monday 7-27-26 to fix the issue he was professional and it took him less then 20 mins to get us back up and running, so I would like to say thank you to Mainstreet Conyers and also the maintenance supervisor Eric Perry
