I want to give a huge thank you to Sheldon Harry from maintenance at our apartment complex. He is always professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Every time I’ve put in a work order, he responds quickly and gets the job done efficiently. He takes the time to explain what the issue was and makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves. I have been calling for 2 weeks straight the front office doesn’t answer. I’m trying to lease an apartment and I have questions. I have also filled out a form online to get information and got no response back. That’s bad for business! I will be calling corporate.
