The manager runs the apartments on very tight rules. Cross the line and they will call the police for any small complaint without investigating.Kids do run everywhere including the managers own kids and are very inconsiderate to the tenants. They expect cars to go around them in the already tiny parking area. To sum it up, you can definitely do better for the prices.

My experience living at main st apts has been very positive. My apartment is large and very clean. The manager and his family reside in the front of the building. All of my neighbors are quiet, easy-going, and hard-working. I would recommend these apartments to any intelligent, kind person or family.
I had very quiet and respectful neighbors. The area is very arborized keeping the air fresh. It is perfect for either working professionals or families since the area is very residential yet close to major companies in Silicon Valley.
